The rental period is defined and confirmed by mail. The client, under no circumstances, can avail himself of any right to stay in the premises. The confirmation mail prevails.
Stays are guaranteed only upon receipt of the deposit paid and deductible from the total invoice. The deposit is cashed upon receipt.
There is a 30% deposit due to confirm the booking.
Making payment confirms you have read and accept to be bound by the terms and conditions. Once the payment has been received, we will confirm the booking directly with you. Payments can be done in cash, by check (Payable to Camille Martin) or by bank transfer.
The client is required to pay the final balance 15 days before arrival.
Failure to do this will mean automatic cancellation of the booking.
The lodge can then be rented to someone else and no refund of the deposit will be done..
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable damage deposit of 250€ is required in cash or check upon arrival.
Any loss or damage caused to the property will be deducted from the damage deposit. When it has been confirmed there is no damage to the property, the damage deposit will be refunded. In case of an early departure of the damage deposit will be refunded as soon as possible.
Full balance is required if booking is done less than 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation charges will be levied as follows:
– More than 30 days before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded
– Less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit is not refunded and the owner can claim for the full payment of rental.
If the client doesn’t get in touch 20 hours before his stay, the contract is considered as void. The owner can dispose of its lodge on the booked date. The deposit is not refunded and the owner can claim for the full payment of rental.
If the stay is shorter than booked, the full payment of rental is due.
CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER
If the owner must cancel a booking, client will be contacted by mail or phone.
The owner will offer a full refund of any amount paid, no other compensation will be offered.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rental starts from 4pm on the arrival day to 10am on the departure day.
Any arrival after 8pm must be announced.
The tourist tax is due for anybody over 18 years old.
The price is fixed by the Communauté de Commune.It is calculated and paid at the end of the stay. Its amount is fixed according to the price of the night and the number of people accommodated in the same housing.
The Owner does not accept any liability for personal injury or death arising caused to any visitor for the duration of stay.
It is up to the client to ensure that each member of the group has all their own necessary medical and travel insurance documents to cover themselves fully including damage to the property and fire, before embarking on the holiday.
It is the responsibility of the client to notify the owner of any damage found in the accommodation. Any damage not notified will be assumed to be caused by client.
The lodges are cleaned up between every rental.
The lodges have to be left clean and tidy on departure.
If this is not the case an additional charge for unreasonable cleaning time may be charged.
The final cleanup is done by the client unless the specific fee has been paid together with rental.
Adherence to a certain “art de vivre” is required from all guests to ensure the property remains peaceful and comfortable for other guests.
Children must be watched and are under the full responsibility of their parents.
The swimming pool is accessible only to people who rent a lodge.
Small pets are allowed upon prior authorization.
They are under the full responsibility of their owners.
In accordance with the law in force in France, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in any of our lodges.
These conditions can be modified at any time without notice
For the avoidance of doubt in the event of any conflict, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions prevail upon payment of the deposit.
